Bian Lan was the third Chinese player reaching double figures today, 12 points. Liu Dan poured in 9 in the win for China, who was 30 percent from the arc.
Suzy Batkovic notched team high 13 points while Rohanee Cox and Emma Randall each had 12 and Hollie Grima added 10 for Australia in the loss.
Australia outrebounded China 48-24 in the match, but made only 2 out of 17 in long-range shooting.
