(Beijing, 23 April) - Comments from Cuba's coach Alberto Zabala following their game against China at the Beijing Olympic Basketball Gymnasium.

On the adjustment of their strategy against China compared to previous game in the tournament:
"Actually we sent our key players to the court, both of Yamara (Amargo Delgado) and Yayma (Boulet Peillow) performed very well, but we are not that prepared for this game. And we didn't expect Chen Nan in China's team to have a such a wonderful performance."

On Cuba's low shooting percentage:
"The Chinese team has a strong defence and their strong defence made it difficult to shoot very accurately. By contrast, China's team has a high free throw percentage and it's four times as high as our team's."
